You Need to Take Your Apple Cider Vinegar at Night. Here is Why

Researchers found that all mice reduced their body weight by 10%, in comparison with the control group. Acetic acid activates trigger genes which initiates the ability of enzymes to break down fat, thus leading to a feeling of satiety, and preventing weight gain.

Another Japanese study analyzed obese adults with similar body mass index, waist measurement, and body weight, who were divided into three groups.

The first ones received half an ounce of apple cider vinegar; the second group a drink with an ounce of apple cider vinegar, and the third ones received a drink with no apple cider vinegar, for three months.

The findings were as follows: The ones that drank apple cider vinegar had lower belly fat and body weight, lower triglycerides, and smaller waist measurements compared to the two other groups.

The conclusion is that the consumption of vinegar daily reduces obesity and thus prevents metabolic syndrome.
