I used one spice cake mix, one 15 oz can of pumpkin and one cup of water. I mixed it with the mixer until smooth and it made 24 muffins, which comes out to 2 points plus per muffin. These are the best thing I have ever made!
INGREDIENTS
1 (18 ounce) box cake mix
15 ounces pumpkin puree
1⁄2 cup water
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350*.
Mix all ingredients together.
Put cupcake liners in cupcake pan and fill 2/3 full.
Bake in oven 22 -26 minutes.
