One of the hardest things about any plan, including Weight Watchers Smart Points is starting something new. It can be hard to make that first step. If you are here, chances are you’ve already done that hard work! Another issue that some people have with the Smart Points program and Weight Watchers in general is that it can get kind of pricey. Smart Points has a similar program to the FlexPoints from versions past. While it’s great to have extra points one tip that I can’t stress enough is that you don’t have to use them! If you’re not hungry, you don’t need to eat them. They are great for if you go over your points for the day by splurging at a restaurant. It’s also a good idea to just totally forget about them and keep on plugging away without splurging. There’s power in the mental side dieting…if you know you have these extra points you’ll constantly be thinking about how you can use them to eat me. Just forget the points are there, use them only when you need to cover an overage!
