CROCKPOT RANCH PORK CHOPS

Advertisements

Love this recipe for busy work days I have the kids. I’ve found I like it with rice but it’s easy to add the rice to it. Even without the rice the chops are very tender and tend to fall apart when removing.

So just be careful on removal. Although shredding the chops with forks after it’s cooked makes for a good more casserole type presentation. Good no matter how you plate it.

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound pork chops, loin, center cut
1 packet Ranch dip and seasoning mix
1 cup water
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken
Salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Season pork chops with salt and pepper and place in crockpot.
Combine Ranch mix, water, and cream of chicken in a bowl, and pour into crockpot over the chops.
Cook on low heat 5-7 hours.

Serving Size: Makes four servings, one pork chop each
