Love this recipe for busy work days I have the kids. I’ve found I like it with rice but it’s easy to add the rice to it. Even without the rice the chops are very tender and tend to fall apart when removing.
So just be careful on removal. Although shredding the chops with forks after it’s cooked makes for a good more casserole type presentation. Good no matter how you plate it.
