Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bites

Advertisements

It’s seem like getting a good amount of protein is all the rage these days. I know I’m getting my protein wherever I can, and trying to cut back on sugar as well. I’ve got a little healthy treat to share today, that is packed with protein, and the healthiest treat around!

I’ve been asked to be a Real Seal Ambassador for the next year.  What that means is that I’ll share some posts that include Real Seal Dairy products. It’s something I love anyway–delicious dairy! With this recipe, I used yogurt. We are yogurt obsesseed at my house. Actually, I think I am the one that has the most difficult time with yogurt as is, but I liked it in this frozen form with these protein bites.

Real Seal states: The naturally-occurring calcium in milk is more readily absorbed by our bodies than the calcium that has to be added to milk substitutes . In many of these imitation beverages, the calcium settles to the bottom and you would need the equivalent of a hardware store paint shaker to suspend the calcium.
Translation:
DRINK REAL DAIRY, NOT SUPPLEMENTS!
