I always have the ingredients for this in my pantry. It’s just a box of spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin. Make sure you are buying the 15 oz six and that it’s not pie filling!
Every fall, this recipe goes crazy. But, it’s an all year recipe. When aren’t the kids hungry??
Also, I found out this was originally a Weight Watcher’s recipe. So, it’s low cal. It’s about 160 calories.
