WW Pineapple Cake
Ingredients:
Pillsberry sugar free cake mix
1/3 cup Canola Oil
3 eggs
1 can pineapple Slices(in it’s own juice)
1 can Pineapple Crushed (in its own juice)
Strawberries
Blueberries
Ready whip fat free

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°.
Spray a 13 x 9 cake pan with nonstick spray. Place pineapple rings on the bottom(saving the juice)
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and one cup of pineapple juice drained from the can of pineapple rings(add water to make a cup if needed) mix on high for two minutes. Fold in can of crushed pineapple. Bake for 38 minutes.
Cool cake. When Serving Top with Redi whip and Sliced strawberries and blueberries.
