New Orleans Beignets Recipe – soft, pillowy and the best New Orleans beignets recipe ever. This recipe is fail-proof, anyone can make it.
Oh boy, these were amazing, my wonderful hubby made these and we devoured them all in one sitting. The kids missed out, oh well. They don’t need dessert anyway :P.
There is nothing not to love about beignets—soft, pillowy, sweet fried dough dusted with sugar, lots of sugar. This recipe delivers just that. If you don’t like the choux pastry texture, these beignets will fit your bill as they are dense, doughy, but still very light to the palate. They are much better than donuts!
