- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk
- 1 large egg
