Good morning. Lots of you were interested in my recipe for 1point pancakes:
YOU’LL NEED:
1 banana
2 eggs
Spoonful of Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons quick oats
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
Splash vanilla
Pinch of salt
HOW TO MAKE:
Blend well, the. Blend again. My griddle was set to about 250. Spray with cooking spray and pour small amounts, silver dollar size. Flip when the edges are set. Top with your favorite berries or fruit.
