Greek Yogurt Pancakes – Weight Watchers Recipes.

Greek Yogurt Pancakes
1 c. plain fat free Greek yogurt
1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. low fat milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix the flour, salt and baking soda. Stir in the Greek yogurt. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and vanilla. Add to the flour mixture, and mix well. Drop onto griddle and fry until golden.( Makes 7 pancakes, 1 freestyle smart point each.)
