Breakfest
You need your day to start with a combination od cold water and lemon juice.
Than drink the mixture on an empty somach to activate your metabolism and that will help you flush the toxins.
After 30 minuteshave 2 apples, 2 oranges or a grapefruit.
Or eat a handful of hazelnuts or almonds they will help you get antioxidans.
Nuts will free radicals in your body and boost your metabolism.
Lunch
Chicken can be eaten for lunch or a Veal.But make sure you always cook the meals do not fry or bake it.
Snack
Have a fresh seasonal salad sprinkled with olive oil and a pinch of salt as a snack.
Dinner
Have your dinner not after 6 o’clock.
Dinner includes 2 hard boiled eggs and green/cucumber salad with olive oil and just a pinch of salt.
Try not to eat anything after having dinner. Prepare green tea and drink it before going to bed.
Remember to put 4 bags of green tea in one liter of water.
