Balsamic Pork Roast You’ll Need 2 pound boneless pork shoulder roast (sirloin roast) kosher salt, to taste 1/2 tsp garlic powder ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes 1/3 cup chicken or vegetable broth 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon honey How To In a slow cooker, season the pork with salt, garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Pour the mixture of broth and vinegar over the pork, add in the honey and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours. Place the pork in a serving dish once it’s cooked, the pork has to shred easily with a fork. Cut the pork lightly with two forks, place it in the slow cooker, and add in 1/2 cup of sauce until ready to be served. It’s best served warm. Simple, easy and flavory!
