INGREDIENTS
1 15 oz can of corn
1 15 oz can of black beans
3-4 Roma Tomatoes, diced
1 jalapeños
1/2 cup red onion
1/2 cup cilantro
Lime
Salt and Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse and drain corn and black beans. Add to a medium bowl. Cut or dice the cilantro, onion, jalapeno, tomatoes and add them to the bowl. Squeeze in some lime juice and add salt and pepper. Enjoy with chips!
